By accessing or using the iCali application and related services ("Services") provided by rApps GmbH ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
iCali is a team calendar application that allows users to create shared calendars, manage events, coordinate team schedules, and attach custom forms to calendar entries. The Services are available on iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information to keep it current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription. Subscription details, including pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms, will be presented to you at the time of purchase.
You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for recurring subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by rApps GmbH and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rApps GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the application.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
